Dr. Émilie Peter is a recipient of the Joseph-Armand-Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship (SSHRC, 2013). She recently completed her PH.D in Public Administration at the École nationale d’administration publique (ÉNAP). Her doctoral research focuses on evaluators’ perceptions, acceptance and implementation of new ethical standards in evaluation. Dr. Peter has contributed to client evaluations for UN Women, UNESCO, the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the Caribbean Development Bank, and Global Affairs Canada.
