The University of Ottawa’s Centre on Governance (Centre d’études en gouvernance) works to deepen understanding of governance phenomena and contemporary challenges facing governmental and non-governmental organizations. To fulfill this mission, the Centre produces, mobilizes, and disseminates knowledge through both fundamental and applied research, improving organizational effectiveness and strengthening public policy design and implementation. We are an independent research firm with strong roots in Winnipeg and Ottawa, and have a professional and technical team of experienced specialists, including 30 full-time and 75 part-time, casual staff.
